We have finalized the work on Dallas 2. If for any reason you are still unable to connect to your VPS, do not hesitate to open a ticket.

Everything is back online. We will keep monitoring to make sure everything is running as it should.

We are seeing our nodes fully back online and accessible. We will continue to monitor for any other issues, but as far as we can see, everything appears to be working as intended.

Thank you for your patience, we have been able to get RN38 back online. We will be making an effect today and tomorrow to move users away from these nodes, so if you see your server transferring, that's why.

We are happy to inform that the ns1009111 VPS Node is now back online. We apologize for the long downtime, we had to rely on our upstream provider to fix the issue.

We have resolved the issue and both nodes are now back online and accessible! We are putting in measures to ensure this doesn't happen again.

RN25 is back online. The datacenter hasn't really told us what caused it, but told us that all hardware is in good health.

This issue was resolved in communication with your datacenter and shouldn't occur again.

I am happy to inform you that after 30 minutes of the incident being noticed, the datacenter mitigated an estimated 30 Gig attack against the network our servers run on. We are happy to announce this has now been resolved and we hope this should be resolved going forward.

We were unable to gather any data on the cause of the problem. The issue resolved itself after 1 hour of downtime. We will continue to monitor and gather data.

The node is back. We've got planned work upcoming to rectify this by switching hardware completely.

This is believed to be fully resolved, we aren't seeing any more downtime or high latency on the network.

This issue has been resolved. We are working with the datacenter to get more insight into this. If you wan to move to another node during this time, open a ticket.

We have deployed a solution and are keeping an eye on it to make sure everything is running smoothly. Both nodes should be showing online and servers accessible.
